Project Managed the development and enhancement of SAP PM Module, including 4 times Asset register builds of up to 80k tags (all maintenance management aspects) plus 1 x Materials Management review and transfer to SAP.
Delivery of training within the Change Management Process, the use of Continuous Improvement tools and strategies having delivered numerous classes to management/operation/maintenance personnel.
Carried out Reliability studies through RCA including (Apollo), FMEA and the 5 Whys process and delivered Training within Effective Maintenance Processes. SCE Identification of equipment adhering to Technical Integrity requirements.
Coordinated and carried out the Art of Scheduling processes onsite with classroom set-ups of up to 45 personnel. Detailed training within Work Preparation, Scheduling and planning requirements within SAP CMMS Systems. This includes SAP Work Manager Mobile solution applications where I have trained and been involved with setting up of data, linking to (PM/MM/PS/CATS).
Lead trainer at Shell last 8 Academies in Aberdeen, Scotland UK and Lead trainer at Miri Malaysia/Brunei roll out of TR-MIE (formerly known as Total Reliability). Review of SCE equipment using FSR/SAP (Facility status reporting). Creation of EBook SAP ERP Simulation training material for SAP end users. Liaise and advise Team leads, reliability engineers, technical authorities and management regarding best practices within maintenance management in order to adopt and review of current processes standard procedures.
Training/Utilisation off SAP Optimisation through corrective and planned preventive maintenance, CM backlog management, scheduling process guidelines, work preparation, reporting through SAP and BW (Business Warehouse) dashboard training/reporting. Within SAP PM MM CATS FICO PS modules.
